A. The affinity process
Ask your partner
these questions and then switch.
- Tell me something I don't know about you.
- Tell me something you like about me.
- Tell me something you think we have in common.
B. Remembering Names
1. Start with a feeling you'd like to get to
know that person.
Write your name on the back of a nametag.
2. On the other side write something you can
do well - a capability.
What is a capability that you would like to
develop?
3. What is a behavior you do well, but would
like to learn more about how you do it?
Maybe it's something you don't know how you
do it so well.
4. Ask people you meet five questions:
