Facsimile editions (i.e. printed from photographic copies of the originals) are published by Autographus Musicus; and Torben Hove Jensen of Århus has published Scotus' villancicos.
A few volumes of modern editions have been published in the series Monumenta Musicæ Svecicæ.
The independent record company Hurv has a selection of duets from an 18thC. fiddler's manuscript, as well as a CD.
Several examples of reader-friendly transcriptions and facsimiles are available for free download from my own web-site, Musica Thulia.
