The next step is to make the neck, the front pillar, and the projecting block.

For these, the best plan is to make templates in plywood taken from your full size drawing.

On the template for the neck mark the position of the tuning pins and bridge pins.

With a 2mm bit, drill through all marks in the template; this will be very useful later as a jig for making the drilling positions on the neck.

Note that all drilling should be done before attempting any carving.
